Making An Offer
When you find a home you love, I will guide you to make the best offer that stays within your limits and remains competitive with any other offer on the table. Once an offer has been accepted we will help you navigate through the inspections, appraisals, and closing in a stress-free way. This is all no cost to you, as a buyers agent, my services are compensated by the sellers.
Sign And Finalize The Deal
Don’t be surprised if you’re asked for additional documentation or clarification while the purchase of the home is pending. Once the loan application is submitted into processing, where the documents are reviewed while appraisals and title examinations are ordered. Once your loan is approved, don’t forget to set up homeowners insurance. The documents will be sent to the title company, where you’ll sign for the new home and pay for the closing costs. CONGRATULATIONS YOU JUST BOUGHT A HOUSE!
