Sign And Finalize The Deal
Don’t be surprised if you’re asked for additional documentation or clarification while the purchase of the home is pending. Once the loan application is submitted into processing, where the documents are reviewed while appraisals and title examinations are ordered. Once your loan is approved, don’t forget to set up homeowners insurance. The documents will be sent to the title company, where you’ll sign for the new home and pay for the closing costs.
